This is refer to my 15 telephonic complaints on your customer care numbers in the last 27 days ...against my new Elica Chimney buying, b
Buying your product seems like life harassment, there is no resolution from your customer care neither from your company persons Madhu and Nitin nor from the dealer where we purchased this product.
Attached is the job card where your technician confirmed he will replace this defective part with a new one after one week of lead time when there is no update I have called your Customer Care number I came to know that complaint was being closed.
Without my consent complaint is closed?
I have called up all your persons today and they all replied with different versions I have all evidence audio and technician video clips based on the same I am writing you.
Customer Care Team: Confirmed case closed with resolution.
Technician Bunty Kumar: Confirmed part is coming and will fit within this week.
Elica Dealer Bath: Confirmed that he will get resolution by tomorrow .
Elica Madhu/Nitin: Confirmed that you need to pay 2200 rs for new chimney which is not even run for 5 minutes. (As per them it's the dealer's mistake. (Seems New scam to earn money)
Whereas Technician Bunty and the dealer confirmed again that he will fix it with no extra charge as it's a manufacturing housing welding issue which will be fixed soon.
Now my concern is, how am I responsible to face such scam and harassment? I have been in this trauma since 10th March.
I have invested my hardest earned money 15340 rs via UPI payment for such a faulty product and further this harassment and scam.
Moreover after my complaint to your Customer Care numbers to 5 executives... Immediately I have received an SMS that the case is withdrawn by you hence we are closing this complaint.
(Dear Customer we are closing your case since you have withdrawn your complaint date. Please Sms "Elica 123 service to 9355492200 to retag the case.)
What scam it is ??
I am sure Elica company is not a scam except a few greedy persons, they are simply defaming the company name and reputation.
Pls, provide the resolution on a priority basis before I proceed further.
As this is a big question mark on Elica brand image.
