I was a premium member since years and my profile was one of the top ranked ones. It just happened one day that I had put some request on behalf of the account of my company( which is separate from my individual account). This resulted in a permanent suspension of my account. In spite of submitting all evidences to support the claim (as per the procedure given by their customer support) I could not get the account back.
I get work from other websites as well but Eelance caused me tens of thousands of dollars and a huge client base. I also have an individual account, and use my company's account on freelancer.com and odesk.com, but the accounts were never suspended. I used to believe that other websites have poor technical support, but Elance is the worst.
