I have booked an order from titan eye plus website, by 23rd it was despached it to my home address at indore by ECOM EXPRESS, these bunch of hooligans i. e the ecom express guys are a big dirty stain on the name of service, till date when i am writing to you after 15 days my product is undelivered, also they updated on there tracking link that they have attempted to deliver it, i was at home the whole day at that day when it is said to be attempted, these people are the group of fraudsters, i called there customer care. Instead of solving my problem he started to aruge with me, and finally told me to search there office i indore and get it hand picked from there and cut the call, these fraudster, filthy people are spoiling the BRAND TATA, plz discontinue all your services with them on immediate basis, being an indian i am a huge admirer of TATA but this ecom express garbage company is spoiling the name, plz look after it..
