As per my point of view and experience(4 years with Eclerx). its good company for local(Chandigarh/Mohali/zirakpur etc) guys. For Backend process good salary as comapre to rest company in Chd. Provide good oppurtunities to employee. For no voice process you can look long term career with eclerx.
