EBay's customer service is not very good. The problem begins with their website. You have to jump through hoops to get a referral number.
Then they try to solve your problem by referring you to their website that you already tried. Then you wait again for an agent. Then. If you reach the American group you will do alright but heaven forbid if you get the Philippines you will get a script following, barely able to speak English person who may or may not help you.
This is unacceptable for a company that depends upon their clients to generate their income. Eventually, they will have to correct this issue or someone will start undercutting their business.
