Ebay Give Weird things..... Review on Ebay

Hii friends today I will tell you the big truth of ebay. But at first I will tell you the quality of ebay product. I am bought many things from ebay at cheap price but all these things are weird that means what they gives we not no. I am ordered ink refill bottle for my HP printer. They gives me one ink bottle only and the quality of ink is really bad. From that I am stop ordering product from ebay. It takes at least 10 days to get your product after placing order date. And it also not gives cash on delivery on all products, like flipkart. It website and app both are too bad. It takes too time to load only on ebay app. Lets talk about the truth of about ebay, when you see the product it shows you condition of product which is written in new, old, pre-owned, refurbished, brand new and buyer only see the condition and price of the product, but at ebay the price is cheap but its quality and product is really too bad. I am ordered Samsung Z3 mobile from ebay while ordering I am see the condition of this mobile, it is written in brand new but when I got the product I see the mobile is damaged, on its screen there were many scratches. So I take the decision of returning it and I go back to website and click on return option but after click on returning button and writing all returning option and bank option it submitted my return. Then after 2 to 4 days the delivery man will come and I gave samsung z3 mobile after giving mobile it would take 12 to 14 days to send money in my bank account. So the truth is that it shows the condition of product is brand new but when we got our product, the condition product be old.
