I quit this website many times, but some competitive discount showing in Google ads take me there again. They have some good sellers, but majority are irresponsible and so many frauds too. Why I write this review is because I felt the eBay itself not fair with me this time.

I bought a refurbished in-ear headset, it was mentioned refurbished box open only also mentioned about accessories in product details. But I received

1) headset with mic not working.

2) Missing accessories

a) It was Box opened removed extra buds.

b) No pouch

The earbud with it is not suitable for me which is not fit correctly. The mic was not working, and if I try to play the music the tracks changes automatically basically a completely unusable product.  When I contacted seller he replied to contact manufacturer for fixing mic, and not mentioned about everything else I asked. So I raised ebay claim. seller didnt called me for 4 days. 5th day an ebay person called me regarding this I told him its not working, and about missing accessories. He said refurbished products wont have accessories without out verifying with product details and he suggested me to go for service since it has warranty . And within few minutes I received mail telling my claim is rejected. My last words to this story is that service center told me that they are not providing any warranty for their refurbished products.

Long term feedback and notes about ebay

1) Buyer have to pay return fee most times.

2) Ebay gurantee is solely depend on some customer service person(from my experience).

3) To work coupons they add extra amount to the product. Try sorting product in "price low to high" before purchasing. You will find prodct with lesser amount and the coupons will not work with them.

4) Avoid buying from a seller 99% rating and low rating count. If you are not confident.

5) Some seller purchase themself and leave feedback to themself.

6) Some sellers purchase from global site and sells locally and very high price.

7) Reading product description is not enough, you have to confirm it with sellers too before buying it.

8) Need to check complete details and policy for every item, since it change every item.

Good

1) Coupon's will work fine with some used product. I think its from the sellers without stores.

2) Auctions

3) There are some good responsible sellers. But its a 50-50 chance when you buy.

Advice to myself and to readers: Please avoid going to this site for small marginal discount. Even if you purchase make proofs through ebay messaging before buying it.
