Unprofessional and unethical. Review on Ebay

I had extremely bad experience with ebay.in. The reason is simple I used ebay to get two books, despite the seller was sending me two books from same locations and to same location still he charged twice the courier charges.

When I tried to write this in the review of the seller, ebay told me that I am very new user and I should be at least few months old to do that. Now after few days I got the mail from e-bay which was sent to me by some ebay user stating that  "don't use e-bay " I knew that was the spam so I forgot. However next day I got the mail from ebay that my account is suspended and mail gave no reason. I forwarded the mail that seems like spam to their customer support but in vain. I started chasing them to ask why they have suspended my account, and after couple of week I got reply from somewhere in US mentioning that I have to submit my Identity proof to some address in US or fax to some number in US. They thought I got out of my mind and despite no mistake of mine I will spend money on their  worthless site. Still I tried to tell them that somebody actually hacked my account and did some mischief but they are deaf and blind. Still once in blue moon I am getting their mail about the ID's but cannot they ask through mail.

Guys don't fall prey to them they are excellent hunters and they can suck last drop of blood from you, next to parasites.
