I am long term customer of ebay. But now a days ebay is not that much fascinating as how it used to be. Now a days I am getting so many emails from ebay for various coupons and all, but most of them are for NEW USERS.
So basically what they have in the last is, multiple FAKE ACCOUNTS in their databases which might have only one order history in last year as people create an account as new user, order something, and forget about that account. As it wont be useful for another offer in future, as ebay just want new n new people to join it, doesn't want to serve its current customers.
They have so many kind of sellers, newly comers, some of them are not trusted even. So product quality you wont be able to make your mind up that the product would be the same as shown in the pic. Although customer support is good, not that bad.
They always play with prices, will show you the lowest prices, but when you add shipping charges, this site would not be in the picture even when you create a list for the same item from different top 2-5 sites price wise.If new user, good to go for, or not that many offers or coupons you would be getting from Ebay
