Ebay.in are SCAMMERS. How the mighty have fallen. Review on Ebay

Ebay.in support has become criminally bad recently. I shop online on a regular basis. I have+38 positive feedback on ebay as a buyer, not much still I have bought stuff from ebay in the past but this website has deteriorated to such an extend that its actually dangerous to shop there. They have this horrible payment gateway called paisapay, which worked properly once but now it fails often during payments. This horrendous system has a chance to take money from your account even after a failed paisapay transaction and let me WARN you, if it fails and money gets debited from your account, you wont get a confirmation mail, no paisapay id, nothing and that money will be gone forever, its lost in limbo. No matter how many times you call their support, they will give you excuses like they will look into the matter or transfer the issue to a particular department or that they will contact us in 48 hours but trust me that money is gone. You will never get it back.

Recently I tried to order an SSD, first transaction failed, money debited, I got no paisapay id or confirmation mail. I contacted them through chat/mail/phone and even facebook. Every single time its " we will contact you soon". Its more than 2 weeks now and I got no money and I don't think I am getting a refund ever. If your payment doesn't fail, you might get the product but if it ever fails then you will never get it. I have never faced such a horrendous support or experience from online shopping ever in my life and I have been buying online for years.

I warn everyone not to shop from ebay unless ebay is the only choice, like if the product is only available on ebay. Else there are much better choices like amazon.in.
