Hello guys! I am sharing my views on food site that is Eatigo.com. As a #Mouthsut user I want to told the worst experience of mine with this website. One day I feel very hungry and decided to order for some food and then I ordered from this website and at that time my order was received and will be delivered within 1 hour.
But after waiting 2 hour I checked the status of my order and was so surprised at that time. I saw that my order had been cancelled by them. Then I called to customer service center and asked them why this is happened. Then they told me due to server down problem we can not receive the order in bulk so that we had cancel your order. I was very disappointed at that time. This is not a user friendly website.
Content on this website is very less and also informations are not in depth at this website and also they does not provide any discount offer to customers.
Also the services and support of this website to customers are very bad and they does not support to their customers. time to load is very slow also.
I will not recommend this worst website to you peoples.
