I had been using easycab since 2006. 8th Oct 2012 I availed a booking A100800002, Car No-0122. Cab had not reported on time and after continuous call up to driver came to know cab broken down. Finally reached and told you can call for another cab as it is not having AC.
Since it was late night, we tried to adjust after a long trip from BBSR-Delhi, T3. Car stopped multiple times with starting problems in the route from T3, Delhi to South Delhi. Driver claimed AC normal charge rates.
Its the bad experience which I gained in these six years experiences of using easycab and now on-wards I may not recommend any more to avail such a irresponsible radio taxi provider in this competitive market.
