Date– 31/3/2014, I booked Easy Cab over phone. 4:10 pm pick up from Yeshwantpur railway station, and drop to Jayanagar 4th block.
The driver did not reach in time, never picked my call. When I called customer service around 4:20 pm they assured me that the driver will call in 5 mins. He never called or received my call. When I called customer service again around 4:30 PM they very conveniently apologized for the inconvenience and informed that due to cab unavailability the booking is cancelled. I had to wait in the station with my aged mother for around 30 mins before I made an alternate arrangement myself.
Very unreliable service from Easy Cab!
