I am a resident of Hyderabad, using easy cabs for quite some time.
Easy cabs brings night mares. But still I have to use them.
Their cars are not great. I have read good reviews about logon, but I don't know if maintenance makes a difference. While Meru also uses quite a lot of logons, I find the logons maintained by Easy cabs are really bad. Yesterday, the front glass was cracked and the AC was bad. At every turn, the car squeaks.
Twice I had late reporting in Airport on account of Easy cabs. Last time, I had to virtually plead with Indigo ground staff to let me in, thanks to the fact, the easy cab reported late.(Last third use)
Last second use, there was a difference between what was told by their call center and what was demanded by the driver. Well, be doubly sure when you book a cab. If u have a recording facility in mobile, please do record your conversation. In this haggling, I almost missed the flight and thanks to CSIF personnel in airport, I could board the flight.
Next, You can't escalate to any seniors in call center.
Next, most of the drivers of easy cabs gives a call and cuts off mobile, expecting you to give a call back.
Of late, for my return journeys back to Hyderabad, where I do not have a time pressure, I have stopped using easy cabs and started taking Aero Express bus to city and pick up a rikshaw back home. This saves me an experience in using Easy cabs.
Well to talk something good, the drivers have never let me down. They have taken extra risks and drove at high speeds but ensured that I reach Airport in time to board the flight. This makes them dependable.
Well, Life is not so bad. Only the management has to sit up an take a note and train the drivers properly, I feel it will make a new experience.
