EASY TRIP PLANNERS LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I booked tickets from ease my trip on 20/10/2024 from Mumbai to Toronto. I have selected 02 pieces check in bag option with 01 cabin bag. I paid accordingly. But in tickets I found that it is showing 0 check in bag . I am communicating since 20th October. But executive are just saying that your issue is raised.. wait for 24 to 72 hours. I don’t understand what is definition of 24 to 72 hrs. They simply trying to make customers fool and giving false commitment.. I don’t know whether any responsible person is there or not…they don’t respect time as well as customers
