My husband booked 2 flight tickets from nagpur to Delhi via easemytrip. There is some sort of technical glitch in their website because of which the same name has been taken in both the passenger fields even after giving 2 different entries. The titles were taken correctly as entered but the names even after giving different entries, the same name appeared twice in the ticket. We explained the whole ordeal to the customer support who tried to dodge us asking us to contact the airline. We have tried to rebook the ticket and notice the same glitch again and this time we have even captured it on video and have sent the video to the concerned executive at the customer service. Even after consistent persual from our side we have not got any solution. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. Donot trust this company. Providing faulty service is one thing but they take customers for a ride and just harass you
Edit 1: They have reimbursed the amount partially withholding the convenience fee.
