I bought a Dyson V8 absolute & detail cleaning kit with order - 24760008 on 22/11/23.
After going through the torture following up on its delivery & horrible experience with Delhivery. The main machine was still not delivered(even though the detail kit was delivered the very next day), so I gave up & requested Dyson to cancel my order.
Little that I know that Dyson had plans to make my life more miserable. the main machine is already returned back to their warehouse but Dyson refused to refund my money till the detail cleaning kit will be picked up as well. I was given a date of 6th Dec for pick-up & since then no one showed up for pick-up.
I spoke to Dyson more than 20 times in the last 1 month and every time I hear the same thing which now I know by words -
"I've escalated this case, it will be picked-up in 24-48 hours".
I had requested for partial refund for the machine which has been lying in their warehouse for the last 2-3 weeks but the request is getting refused.
They are holding my 27k for a 900rs cleaning kit.
I don't think they have plans to pick cleaning kit as they have no intention to refund my money. biggest mistake of my life to choose Dyson & buying it from their official website. I lost all my money & went through torture for a month. I've to take some legal action now.
