Delivery is a coin toss. Some of the delivery guys are good, half are walking garbage fires.
Today I had a VERY bad experience. This GNANAVEL either could not or would not read address, nor use the Dunzo map. I sent him a photo of my colony entrance, he couldn't be bothered to look at that also.
When he finally showed up he was rude and argumentative and wagging his finger in my face, acted like it's MY fault he can't or won't read and refuses to use map properly. I shouted at him and told him if he can't read or use maps he should not be doing this job.
Dunzo management is worthless. Since these stupid lockdowns for a curable disease with a 99% recovery rate, I've been forced to resort to more e-commerce apps like Dunzo and these idiots absolutely REFUSE to address problems. I've complained MANY times about illiterate, rude, customer blaming delivery guys but NOTHING CHANGES. They absolutely REFUSE to raise their hiring standards. Department of Telecom or some other govt agency should crack the whip on these dumb animals who call themselves "management." When govt is locking us down and forcing us to be dependent on such companies, the least they can do is hold them to a reasonable standard, after all we are paying PREMIUM prices for these services, they are not doing charity for anyone!
