Don't go for DTDC Courier Service. They are highly Irresponsible People. Instead of go for Professional Couriers . Much more sincere and trusted than DTDC Couriers . I sent a laptop parcel from Muvattupuzha DTDC office to Indore, in a well packed manner. The courier material was strongly packed in a well protected card board box. I will share the images down. It was my company laptop. I was sending it to Indore, my company location. I sent it on 23'rd February 2022, from Muvattupuzha Vellurkunnam office. I am Sharing the packed image at bottom. It was in well packed condition, when I gave it the courier office. It reached Indore 1'st March 2022, in a broken and damaged condition. The laptop was completely alright when I am sending it from here. I will share the damaged image down. I have paid rs. 2500/- to the Muvattupuzha courier office. They denied to send it through Air, even though I requested. And informed me, it will be safe and secure since, they are sending it through company vehicle. I believe, this is happened due to mishandling of employees with the parcel at the time of transit. My office person who received the laptop at Indore, informed me that, it happened due to rough handling of the electronic material while traveling. My company given the laptop for service at Indore location. When complained, they told me, they don't have any Security Policy . NB : My husband is dealing with Professional Couriers for a long time for same item transfer from one location to other. And no such damages from their side and their customer care support is Perfect and Excellent in any such circumstances.
