1. The DTC Cargo Bangalore spoc Satbir Singh is a big fraud. He will appear nice and genuine until you handover your household stuffs to him and after that you will be just on his mercy. You will feel lukcy if he responds picks up your call after some 50 calls/SMS.
2. Once you handover your households to him, he will revise the bill amount by giving some random reason such as you didn't disclose all items before properly, you have given more clothes now or kitchen utensisls, your households are occupying too much space in cargo and cargo man is asking for more money or in the name of Govt tax/challan/service tax etc.
3. For me, he told he has loaded my all households to cargo and cargo is stopped some 200 KM from Bangalore and it will start to Gurgaon only if I send him the revised bill amount right away. Moreover, if I delay the payment, they will charge of per day halting of Cargo. Means he told me the revised amount after loading the items to Cargo and as per him it will standing some 200KM from Bangalore if I don't send him the increased amount. if I resist or delay, they will add per day halting charge. Note here that cargo was not having only my households but for three other persons.
4. When I denied to pay double the bill and asked him to return back my households, he asked 15K for packing and loading charges, plus vehicle charges for carrying items to warehouse, plus loading charges to cargo, plus cargo charges of 200KM and return, Plus per day Cargo driver charges, plus return charges which is almost same as the revised bill amount as per him.
5. The email address mentioned on their website will never reply to you even after 2-3 months regardless of how many emails you send to them.
6. All the three contact numbers given on their website are wrong and never connect. Totally fraud!
7. When I paid all their demanded money which for me is double of the original invoice, I got my items with some 10-12 days delay and the driver told me that the items were loaded to truck only before 4 days of delivery. So, it was all lies by the thug Satbir Singh.
8. They don't have any GSTIN number on their invoice.
9. They will charge you 3% for insurance but don't provide any insurance policy paper and in no case you can get any penny for broken or missing items.
10. In short, these guys are crooks who just quote a reasonable price initially just to get hold of your household items and then nicely play with you.
11. Initially they will claim they have their own trucks and will deliver within a week(Bangalore to Gurgaon). All fake.
12. If you notice carefully on their official website, they have mentioned names of different different persons for their different city offices to make it appear genuine but if you observe, the same phone number is mentioned for almost 90% of cities.
