Droom is NOT AT ALL trustworthy.
'Droom tu bindhass ghoom', they literally mean it, once you are in their trap you will keep 'ghoom'ing. :P

If you want to buy used cars/bikes better go for olx.
Droom doesn't care about their customer. Money is the only thing that matters to them. The staff at droom is unprofessional and rude. They trap you and then just ignore you like anything.
Let me tell you my experience. I was looking for used car and hence thought of giving a try to droom. Upon requesting on their website, they started calling me and suggesting options to me. Despite of telling my budget the sales executive kept showing me higher priced cars and telling me that the price is negotiable, you will get this in your budget only. I listened to him and I booked one car giving token amount of 9k. After meeting the car owner I got to know that, that person was not the owner, he was the dealer. Second thing I noticed was KMs driven, on the site they had mentioned that vehicle has run for 46000 kms but actually it had run for 76000 KMs. I asked the dealer about this running thing, he was like, 'droom ne apne Mann se dala hoga. Mera aur droom ka koi Lena Dena nahi hai, Meri gaadi aise bhi jayegi, droom ke customers ki Koi jarurat nahi hai'.
Seeing his rude behavior I decided to not to go ahead with this deal. The same thing I conveyed to the sales executive. And I tried to cancel the order on the droom app, but was unable to locate the option to do so. The next day was the 5th and the last day of the time window (in which I was allowed to see the vehicle), my phone was not working and hence I couldn't connect to sales executive, I tried to call their customer Service desk but I didn't get any response as it was Sunday. Additionally, I was unaware that if I don't cancel my order within 5 days from booking then DROOM IS GOING TO EAT MY MONEY. And yes, you thought it right, I couldn't cancel my order within five days, they literally ate my money. I told sales person what has happened and I don't want to lose my money, 9k is huge amount for me, then the response from him was shocking, he was like 'maam log lakhs mein deals karte hai. 9k is nothing'. It shows how they value their customers.
I kept on calling/mailing them continuously, they just kept telling me that as per policy, they can't refund my money. I explained them the situation almost 9/10 times but they just kept saying as per policy you did not cancel the order within five days and now we can't refund. Then they insisted me to get the money transferred to droom miles and out of no choice I asked them to do so. And trust me that was their another trap. Now I can't get that amount back unless and until I take their other services. Now this was another headache for me. I managed to get someone who needs car insurance but again, one cannot use droom miles for insurance as it is a third party service. I thought of using miles for rental services, droom don't provide rentals in my city. Now I don't see any service that I can take from them and they are not giving me my money saying as per RBI rule we cannot convert miles to money. Trust me, I am literally fed up of droom. And now I am not willing to buy any used vehicle from them, reason I am regretting for 9Ks, I don't want to put amount in lakhs.
So be aware guys, they will not tell you that they are not going to give your money back if you are not cancelling the order within 5 days. And once you are trapped their job is done. They will not care how much you value your money. So stay away from droom.
