On recommendation of my friend I went for Batra Skin treatment at Janakpuri in New Delhi.
They suggested guaranteed treatment for my skin pigmentation in 12 month. Also suggested me to sign the contract for 12 month treatment and pay for only 10 months. Unfortunately I agreed to it and signed and shared my Credit card details.
Now after 12 months of regular visit, they said It will take 3 years and sing a new contract otherwise go and find other doctor. Also, the photos of my skin are modified with more pigments on it.
Leaving me like frustrated fool. I also noticed later that the Batra receptionist herself has skin allergy, if she cannot get her self treated, I am surely at the wrong place
Modus operandi
They way they operate is really surprising from a Doctor or hospital point of view. That is how I lost my hard earned money to get nothing but time waste.
Before treatment you have to sign the contract that you will take the treatment for 12 month and pay the fees without fail. Also, fee cannot be adjusted or transferred.
All Batra Doctors are only BHMS qualified which is Homeopathy Doctor. Homeopathy treatment is usually available at very discounted price in every city.
They lure you to sign the contract and share Credit card detail which allow them to get the payment even when you have stopped the treatment.
Just wanted to warn you all to avoid such treatment which take away the right of stopping the treatment when you want. Better avoid Batra Medicals
