DR BATRAS POSITIVE HEALTH CLINIC PRIVATE LIMITED is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My dependent was enrolled in Dr. Batra's Pune branch. After paying 10 K (weekend package), the medicines have not stopped the hair loss. In fact, the medicines causes serious weight loss and skin rashes.
What is amazing is that :
1) On each visit, the guy manning the reception would also double up as the laser comb operator ! talk about multi tasking !
2) After six months of weekly harassment, the doctor plainly told us that 'We take no guarantee for the fact that your hair situation would improve'. - At least some honesty is shown. Some nerve.. On probed further, the doctor says that 'at least, the bald patch on your skull would not increase with our 'treatment'.
3) I have paid an additional 2 K for subscribing to the weekend package- because my week days are packed. The only time that I get is during the weekends... Surprisingly, these incompetent people would always give me a printed appointment for the next month which would fall on a weekday...
4) Hair fall has actually increased... we joke that let them take away the remaining hair that is left, and let us not waste our weekend..
Such fraudsters should be taken to court. Dont fall for them and repeat our mistakes...
