No treatment, no refund. Review on Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic - Karimnagar

This is about Dr Batra's homeopathy clinic - HSR Layout, Bangalore branch. I had approached them for anxiety issues and they prescribed treatment. They asked me to take 3-month course and prepay the same. I was reluctant as homeopathy results take time but they ensured me result and told that they will do refund in case of any issues. Trusting them, I paid for 3-month course. But their medicine was not effective and within few days, I was admitted and had to be hospitalized and had to move to allopathy. When I asked for refund, they continued to delay it for 3-4 months. After I got tired, I asked them to convert it to Geno report(if no refund!) - there also I was promised to get report in 6 weeks but its already 2 and half months and no report yet. Overall, I spent 9 months with them with zero treatment, zero medicine and zero output but I spent Rs. 8000 and lot of time on followup. They have never ever shown any apologies too when I do followup - worst clinic. I feel cheated and lost trust in Indian organizations - whatever big they are, it is in their blood to cheat.
