Absolutely 3rd rate product / service.
We have had this unit since April 2016.
Our's came with issues right out of the box. The fan had some protrusions which made a lot of noise when the unit was running. The Eureka Forbes service technicians are non qualified and grossly underpaid. They are only interested in getting one to sign up for AMC.
The second issue we had was that the AQI sensor went crazy and made the fan run at full speed in auto mode. Multiple complaints on their toll free number resulted in no work getting done. In the end I had to use Twitter to grab their attention. After a month or so the sensor was replaced and now it's bad again.
Earlier this March I lodged a complaint for the filters to be replaced. Now it's the end of May and no sign of the filters. However the service personnel had the audacity to call me last week and offer AMC yet again.
We have used various Eureka Forbes products over the last decade.
These include:
1) Aquaguard Sensa: Replaced with an LG unit.
2) 2 x Aquaguard hi flo: Replaced with Kent Elite and Elite 2 commercial units.
3) Dr. Aeroguard SCPR 1100: Replaced with a Dyson unit.
