Kids will like Doraemon's imaginative response as Noby's character flaws surface, each represented in a futuristic gadget of some sort.
Even though Noby has a hard time learning the lessons Doraemon tries to teach him, kids will discern cause and effect with ease.Some stories show people being threatened by large beasts, and a recurring character bullies Noby, but on the whole, the content is fine for grade-schoolers.
