I had placed an order through the Dominos app on 25th of May at 7.57 pm with the Domino's outlet situated in Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata-700028.

My order comprised of stuffed garlic Breadstick, keema Do Pyaza(Medium), Chicken Golden delight(Medium). My order arrived at 9.30 pm at my home. Upon calling the store owner( Biswajit Da:+91 8210283972/+91 9163587939) there was no response initially. I messaged him twice after an hour but there was no response.
After sometime when I managed to connect with him over phone, he passed on the delivery boy's number and asked me to contact him.
After several attempts I managed to get thru the number. My order arrived very late, food had turned hard and the pizza preparation was not up-to the mark. Extremely disappointed with their quality of food and service delivery .
My house address is barely 1.0 km from this store situated at Dr. SP Mukherjee Rd, Green Park, Rajbari, Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata -700028. The owner called me the next day and committed to set things right by offering me a complementary offering of the same items that were ordered on 25th of May thru the app instead of refunding my money.
Its been three days past that and no one has come to my address. I tried calling the store owner, Biswajit Da multiple times but there is no response. Seems like he is least bothered now.
This is really unacceptable. I always had high expectations from Dominos but given the recent quality of their food and delivery standards there seems to be a downfall which is visibly apparent.
