Domino's is a very well known brand all over the india. I do like it's pizzas. But there is always problem with Services and correspondence with me. I always had issues with Domino's and my issues are never solved. So for me it is a very bad Service provider. I will tell you some of my issues.
I am living in gota, Ahmedabad area. I always purchase Domino's pizza using its web portal. I either use nearbuy or little app vouchers to buy Domino's pizzas. When I call them and ask about delivery in my area they agree. But when I place order from webportal using coupon code they always denies to provide delivery and then I had to pickup it from store.
On complainting every time they apologize but do not correct their mistake.
Once I bought two little app voucher worth rupees 1000 each. Initially when I tried to redeem that vouchers on Domino's app there server was down and was showing that the voucher codes are incorrect. I called them regarding that issue they told me that there is some network issue today. But after some days when I tried to use it again it was showing that my codes are used. I tried to explain them dozens of time did mail at head office nobody was ready to listen my issues and repeatedly saying that I have used the vouchers. After so much research I found that my vouchers were leaked by Domino's and somebody used it from Mumbai. So they cheated me and I lost 2000 rupees. Still they are not listening and not providing me the voucher deal.
So their customer support is very weak. And they are looting peoples. The services are very bad.
So I suggest you not to buy from them.
