Friends I always loved domino's ??, but recently on a visit to Raipur store Opp marine drive me and my wife ordered for Pan Pizza with double cheese. I first must admit that it took more than 30 min to deliver. When I complained, I was answered that fresh base has just came. I said OK.
But to my surprise I ordered a Pan ?? how its base has to arrive. Then when we started our munch, on the very first bite I found the base to be very hard and it hardly had any cheese. On complaining the Stuart behaved in a rude manner saying Pan pizza Aisa he hota hai. Showing ?? that I am eating Pizza for the first time. Anyway we left all paying the bills. My complain is that the franchisee must be trained on manners and equal standards must be maintained across all stores. I am a regular customer of domino's for last 15 yrs. Hope this reaches the concerned company officials and things are resolved at the earliest. Brands always need loyal customers.
