I had ordered Pizza from Dominos in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. When I got the pizza delivered here, it was first of all all on top of each other. All the slices were on top of each other. I dont know whther the delivery guy fell off the bike or what, but pizza was not in good shape. Secondly, when I called Dominos to complain about this, they said your issue will be resolved within 24 hours. How am I supposed to eat, if you are not prioritising such issues of customers. You should instantly replace the pizza without a doubt and we are good and regular customers so you should not give it a doubt even.
Ultimately, We had to go to the branch and show to them the state of the pizza and only then did they replace it. Also, I never got a call to resolve the issue from Dominos at all.
Its bad customer service.
