This is for the 1st time I am giving a review for any bus services. so far problems faced by me for my bus reservation were, bus reaching late, ACs not working, untidy interiors, etc.
But my experience with I had booked Dolphin was way too pathetic than any other bus I’ve ever traveled in. I booked bus ticket for Dolphin travels House(Sagar travels) from Yatra.com
I booked Dolphin bus which is supposedly a Volvo AC sleeper for my wife to travel from Pune to Nagpur. She was supposed to board the bus from Viman Nagar at 8 pm. So I and my wife were waiting for the bus from 7:45 at the pickup point. Below are the series of event that happened with us:
1) There was no call, message, etc to inform the current status of bus
2) So we called the numbers provided with a ticket, there are 3 numbers provided out of which only one is valid, the other 2 would say that call the driver, or would give you some other number to contact on which would definitely not work.
3) So finally we got in the hold of a person from Dolphin travels House. He again redirected with some driver no.
4) We called on that driver no, he informed that the bus is 1 hour late. And asked for our seat no. we told the seat no=7. He said that the seat is already allotted in Mumbai quota. And dropped the phone!
5) We contacted the previous office no, he said that the seat was given to someone else from Mumbai, and my ticket was canceled and dropped the phone!
6) This was so damn stunning and shocking, all our return travels, hotel bookings were on a stake because of this irresponsible, irritating, hopeless attendant/ driver, who allotted the seat to someone else without informing us or Yatra.com.
7) It was 8:30 pm and there was still not any concrete communication from the travel company. I called Yatra.com but their working hours were over.
At 9 pm this bus passed us from our pick up location and didn’t even stopped there.
Dolphin Travel House is Fraud Company. Hopelessness, Irresponsible, Arrogant, Unprofessionalism are actually an understatement for this company.
Their staff is bunch of unprofessional rookies, who are not bothered about their clients at all.
I would suggest boycotting these travels from all bus travels companies and take legal action against them if possible.
