Dishnet DSL is a new comer in the field of Internet Connection Provider. (or you can say in ISPs).
You do not need any phone connection for that. So there is no phone bills. You can get upto 200 times more speed than the dialup line connection. But normally the problem is that the person who supply this connection distributes this connection within many people. So the speed reduces. In DSL you are always connected to internet (24 hours) Whether you use the internet connection or not.
But remember this also increases your computer security. In case if you are using any server stuff you need a proxy for that.
Other aspect is about the cost.

Refundable Amount: 5000 (Will be refunded later)
setup Fee: 5000 one time paid.
Modem Rent: 500 per month.
Monthly Charge: from 200 to 1500 (depends on speed provided)
You can buy your own modem if u like to use if forever, it costs around 19000 Rs.
So overall if you are going to use this for an office ro want to distribute, or for cyber cafes, this makes a best deal. But if you want to use it for occational use at home.
There are other options like cable net and ISDN.
