This is one of the worst product I have ever purchased. They are cheaters. If you want to downgrade your pack they will first have you make payment for the current pack and then they will change your pack and immediately after that the pack will get de-activate and your money is gone. The same is with Al-Carte. When you order for it they will charge it to your account even if you ask them to activate this from your Bonus Points.
I opted for Pick by Channel and its more then 3 weeks following up on the same but it has not been activate. I have escalated this many time and finally complained to Nodal officer. Till now there is no response. When you call customer service they stops listening after understanding that its for Pick by Channel.
If you are ready to pay double then what you need to please go for Dish TV. Else there are other vendors to choose from.
