Another error added to my statement along with the MOD for 10/10/2006 and 25/10/2006.
The new one is for the MOD I did on 13/10/2006 using my internet ID again. Same problem here as well, I have been charged for all the 4 movies. Whenever I order a movie using my internet ID, I am being charged for all the 4 movies, rather than one movie!
You guys have started acting like cheap thieves now, stealing money from my prepaid account. You have STOLEN almost around 600/- extra from my account. I demand an explanation here. Complaints I raise are being closed without any intimation, see complaint number 4289167 and 4065599. These charges have not been reversed, and I see no Credit to balance these extra charges.
Feel ashamed and at least send an apology for the error. Hopeless service and very poor standards of execution, this way you will not last long. Your competitors are already gaining on you, with much better service.

I have not received any response from you on the mail below? Can you please check my records and respond back. This complaint was closed in your records, without any intimation to me? Please make me understand what is going wrong here?
I have raised another complaint number 4289167 for the same.
Also, please let me know whom to escalate this issue, if you are unable to have a resolution for the same.

Hi!
This is with reference with my complaint number 4065599, which I had logged almost 15 days back. I had ordered movies using your Movie on Demand service. I had ordered one movie on 10th Oct 2006 and one on 24th Oct 2006, from my internet login ID.
There seems to be some problem in the way the MOD is charged if the order is done using the internet. Unfortunately I have been charged for all the 4 movies that were running at that time (see charges below from my statement). The lines marked in red are in error. Can you revert back these extra deductions.
