For those of you who have seen Hello brother this film will wont empress you that much. Like in Hello brother Salman Khan dies ad his heart is donated to arbaz khan in this film preety zinta dies and donates her heart to boomika.The first half of the film is good , in the middle it gets a bit boring and in the end when you think that the film is getting good it comes up with a dum ending. The acting is good by all , but boomika overacts a little bit ( mostly while crying ). There is probally no film in which salman is without a shirt. But this time its only in a song. For all you salman khan fans this film wont dissapoint you regarding his acting.

In this film RESHAB ( Salaman Khan ) is working as the head of an advertisement company and his wife PARI ( Preety Zinta ) who is a doctor. There life is going well and happy. One day a girl called DHANI ( Boomika Chawla ) comes to her hospital. Her grandmother says that she is having hreart problems from when she was a child. PARI tells her grandmother that she needs a heart transplant and that they will try there best to find it.Tne day as PARI goes to RESHAB'S office she meets with a accident. The doctor says PARI that she is going to die.....................................

The music is again mediocre. Despite topnotch names at the helm of affairs [A.R. Rahman, Himesh Reshammiya], the tunes are ordinary. 'Mere Sone Sone Yaar - Balle Balle' and 'Bindiya Chamakne Lagi' are tuneful, but the absence of a chartbusting score is sorely felt. The background music [Vikey Goswami] is lackluster. Cinematography [Stephen Fernandes, Kishore Kapadia] is of standard.If there were no songs it would still work.

........................PARI tells that her last wish is to donate her heart to DHANI.

When she dies her heart is given to DHANI. But RESHAB doesnt want to know who is having PARI'S heart. Nor does DHANI know whos heart she has. After some time as RESHAB goes to a friends wedding ceromony he sees DHANI. He sees some beautiful writings by DHANI . The next day RESHAB tells about DHANI'S writings and one of his co-workers invites her for the job.One day RESHAB find a file of PARI which tells him that she wanted to build a hospital for the children ......................

Salman learnt acting after Tere Naam but he performs badly in all the crying scenes. DIL NE JISE APNA KAHAA will be most remembered for Salman Khan's genuinely captivating performance. Preity performs well, but does not look sick during her accident. Riya Sen looks pretty but is unbearable when she delivers her dialogues. Thank God she is restricted to just a couple of scenes.Helen as Dhaani's grandmother is screechy. Wish the director had told her to underplay.

.................... After some time DHANI gets to know that she has PARI'S heart and

that is why she can only design the hospital as PARI wanted to. Everybody accepts the design. One day she goes to RESHAB'S house to tell him the truth. But she faints when RESHAB tells her to go. He takes her to the hospital and there he gets to know the secret of PARI'S heart. Then he accepts DHANI. THe next day they get up in a bed and there is where the film ends.

DIL NE JISE APNA KAHAA has its moments, if the film worked , it is only because of Salman's fan following.
