Dil Ka Rishta - Bahut hi Sasta. Review on Dil Ka Rishta

Jai Mehta (Arjun Rampal) the son of a rich businessman from South Africa (Paresh Rawal) meets Tia (Aishwarya) and falls in love with her without knowing that Tia is in love with Raj (Priyanshu). On Jai's revealing his love Tia refuses him. Jai promises her with all the goodies and a lavish life but Tia does not fall for him. Tia gets married with Raj and has a child. Unable to bear Tia's separation Jai starts boozing. Once on his way home Jai's car collides with Raj's car and in the accident Jai's friend Anitha (Isha Koppikar) and Raj gets killed and Tia loses her memory. Tia's mother (Rakhee) wants to get Jai punished but his father tells that Jai has assured to help Tia to recover soon. To help Tia to recover he takes Tia alongwith her mother to South Africa so that Tia is not reminded about her painful past. On reaching South Africa Tia starts loving Jai. Now Jai tries to avoid Tia. Does Tia succeed in making Jai love him, Does Tia get back her memory, Does she get Jai punished ? All these questions are answered in Dil Ka Rishta.

Dil Ka Rishta is the home production of Aishwarya Rai and the story by her mom Vrinda Rai there is nothing new in the story as it has been seen in number of earlier movies. Nothing great about the Direction of Naresh Malhotra. Music by Nadeem Shravan gives a feeling that you have heard the tune before this but just cannot recollect in which movie and by which Music Director. Performance wise Arjun Rampal has tired to do his best. Aishwarya is okay. Paresh Rawal is the limelight of the movie. If you are a fan of Paresh Rawal this movie can be watched for Paresh Rawal.
