Story:

Ensei Tankado is dead in Spain, the ex - Genius of NSA - National security Agency of the US government and Trevor Strathmore the Main man in the story is shaken who calls in Susan Fletcher on a SATURDAY.... for an emergency and also involves her fiance David Becker who is actually a Professor of linguistics in the whole drama.

Now what just happened here......

The major part of the story unlike other DB's books and best sellers , revolves in the CRYTOGRAPHY department in that one room and the fiance , well he keeps travelling with a SHADOW MAN..... who wants what the professor is looking for after which the TEACHER will be executed.

Now what is everyone looking for - A RING. The ring has something that can put a stop to NSA's most powerful defence mechanism - THE TRANSLTR which is the worlds most powerful encrypting program.... protecting the public by getting into their personal lives... seriously.

The main characters - Strathmore, Susan, David , the shadow man, Ensei T and his old friend, still an employee at NSA - Greg Hale.

Now the crytographers are fighting with machines , codes and suspense in the office while David is looking for the ring of Ensei T and all this he does just for love. OOOKK!

Now no fancy locations as such... few unfit characters and scenes in the book which might boost you to keep it down in the mid- pages as one reads this hearing about DA vinci and Angels.... of DB. Anyways... The author has come a long way since then and the book is quite dark and lacks DB's usual style, but looking at the title - DIGITAL FORTRESS, he has done justice to the story and revolved right in the encrypting machine and the RING with the digital codes that can save the WORLD.... at least US.

my favourite part when DAVID enters the Hotel room as a cop and talks to the Lady who is giving her SERVICES PROFESSIONALLY .. he stammers , yet tries to gain momentum and hold of the situation and finally caves in to her boldness and gets the info and EXIT... with a bang of the shadow man......

Thus it is a book which can be read at least once and is great when you are travelling regularly long distances as it would ease it a bit for you.... its DAN BROWN... and he is a great writer.. he gave you da vinci... Read this once and then read Da vinci again... ALright ! Alright ! Read it for SUSAN FLetcher.... she is worth the read.... at least ONCE!

be well
