Over all reivew of Digital Academy 360 is one of the worst institutes in Hyderabad for Digital Marketing courses. I joined this inistitute in June 2019 and paid 40, 000 Rs as fee. I have observed the following after joining the course:
1) Worst Management in Hyderabad: They just don't want to take the ownership of the issues and problems. They keep blaming their Bangalore Management team for each & every situation be it Placements, Trainers, Notes, LMS SOFTWARE. When issues get escalated their Banglore team come and stay in the Hyderbad institiute and leave without fixing anything.
2) Fake Gaurantee for placements: The information provided in the website and all the promises made are fake. On the website they claim to offer realtime/live projects and case studies but that is again a false promise. They also promised to refund the fees if the placement was not given. They confuse you with all the sugary words and misguide you with different offers to join their courses. Student councilor by the name Majher and Head of the branch Neeraja keep changing the promises made on placements and the course details. Their word keeps changing according to their convience.
3) Worst Trainers: They started their institiute with below par trainers and collected hefty fees from all students and after we raised concerns over the poor training and their inability to clarify our doubts they blamed our ability to understand the concepts. After multiple complaints they started hiring new trainers and by this time the course period was over. When we requested them to just clarify the doubts then we were explained the trainers do not have time for the previous batch as they have to focus more of the upcoming batches. I feel as if I am robbed of my hard earned 40, 000 Rs. I realized that there are instutites offering better course curricullum and placements for less than 40K like - Digital Nest, Bit Technologies, Digital Floats, Digital Vidya & many more. I should have looked before I leapt.
4) Skipping topics of the course: They will skip some topics in between the course just to finish the course on time. They will not take the classes regularly. Every alternate week there is no trainer available and in the end they will balame us for not having full attendence.
5) My batch has completed the course in October 2019 and till date (Jan 2020) we have got 4 job openings from the management that too for the salary package of 8k/month. They claim to have 15+ Centers in India and 250+ hiring partners to offer placements and this is what we get.
6) Fake promises of 1 year assistance: As I mentioned above do not go to
their institute after the course completion for clarifying questions / doubts as they would look down on you and claim the trainers are busy. When I tired to remind them of their promise to provide assistance for 1 year after the course completion they simply gave a saddistic smile and asked me to come later.
Finally, I would not recommend this institute at all, at least not the Hyderbad branch.
