Dibrugarh University of upper Assam is probably the worst University of our country. Let me inform you about the courses offered their:
1- BA/MA; B.Sc/M.Sc; B.Com/M.Com
2- Law
3- Music/Dance
4- Fine Arts.
You must be thinking why I rated Dibrugarh University as the worst University of India right?. The reasons are:
1- Their marking system is the worst. It is very difficult to get first class mark here. They hate to give good marks to their students.
2- Their is no word call discipline in the Dibrugarh University. The staff don't even bother to spoil the life of their students through simple negligence like in entering wrong marks in the mark sheet.
3- They declare their results very late giving least opportunity to their students to apply for some other course out side the state.
