I had ordered some stuff from Dial Health service 7 days back. I immediately called them as it was a first order with this website and did not want to get cheated.
A delivery was assured to me within 2-3 days. However, after 7 days passed I called them again for order status, they said that it still shows processing, I asked them how much more time would it take and to which they put me on hold and then retrieved my call to say that there is no one at the warehouse, please call later !
Emailing to them is of no use either, they wont ever reply or bother to call back to your emails.
Is this a way to run a already so competitive and aggressive online business?
such a service is unacceptable today !
I thought it will be my primary website for my workout stuff, however they proved me wrong and this is no match.
It is sad to see a website of such potential suck so much! or maybe this website is just a sham just like many others it will face a coffin before it even clocks any good orders.
