Hello all, iam here to share my review on dhruvdesh honda which is located near makery circle bangalore.
Since honda is one of the leading company and planed to have one honda activa, since I have heared about the druvdesh honda which is also near to my resident hence had been to book if its okay.
Since I had been to have conversation I met a sales guy who is just recently appointed even dont know how to handle a query from the customer nor the document to atleast have it to the customers. I cannot say its sales guy mistake I can say its entirely reslonsible for the dhruvdesh honda for keeping such new people to talk direct with the customers and without even proper training. Since I came to know the sales guy is new, I really felt not to disappoint him and he just not even ready to specify what his mean is just target in his mind.
Then I said I want to book a activa can I have your manager or supervisor to talk, then sales guy said wait for some time almost 15 to 20 mins manager arrived and I asked him for loan facility even he is unaware about the finance facility he just linked me to some finance department guy who explained me about the finance. I asked him again for service after sale then he said you should talk to concerned person I said thats fine will have talk to him later.
So what I can understand is that in dhruvdesh honda they only know about their work and no other information and we need to have some one else to find for.
No proper training or the information, so I decided not to buy because when I come here any query after sales may be I need to go step by step again to hold correct person for the reason I have not booked with dhrvedesh honda.
Dhruvdesh honda should put some extra time on improving customer focus I feel.
