Well, Kid Rock is by far my favourite rock artist. Although he's just not all about Rock. He mixes Punk Rock, Hip Hop, soft Rock with a little bit of country. And he comes out with what to me, is a great product. He is my favourite artist. I thought I'd review Cocky, Kid's latest album here, as it doesn't have it's own place...
Cocky is the latest edition of Kid's 6 albums. I like it very much as it's a mixture of every type of music I mentioned in the paragraph above. There are 14 tracks on the album, about 45% of them are rock, 30% Hip Hop, and 25% Soft Rock or Country. The album starts off with a big Rock sense before dying down to the softer stuff.
It includes guest appearences from Sheryl Crow in ''Picture'' and Snoop Dogg in ''World Class Sex Rhymes''. It has the singles ''Forever'', ''Cocky'' and the new track ''Lonely Road of Faith''. My favourite track is ''Lay it on me''. The entire disc is very well written and presented. It's the final CD in Kid's series of ''Red, White and Blue''. But I doubt and hope it'snot the last of Kid, as I think he's awesome.
I would recommend this CD to all lovers of rock and Hip Hop. There's something for everyone on the album, it'll blow you away. 14 tracks that you'll want to play again and again. So check it out, it's worth it.
