Berry Homemade Cheesecake recipe -simply delicious
May 07, 2012 01:06 PM 4986 Views

One of the yummiest desserts to my mind is cheesecake. Sweet n salty, light n filling at the same time. It is also something ideal for summer. And one of the recipes I want to share with you - is  just mouth-watering - Berry Homemade Cheesecake.

The base:

Cookies/crackers – 200 gms

Butter – 115 gms

Sugar – 30 gms

Vanillin – 1 tea spoon

The filling:

Cottage cheese – 450 gms

Sugar – 180 gms

Egg – 2 items

High fat cream – 100 ml

Wheat flour – 3 table spoons

Vanillin – 1 table spoon

Salt – 1 tea spoon

Lemon juice – 1 table spoon

Blackberry jam – 2 table spoons

Strawberry – 150-200 gms

Warm the oven to 190*(Celcium). Blend the crackers, mix with blended butter, sugar and vanilla.

Fill the round backing pan with that mix. Put in a fridge.

Beat cottage cheese with sugar, add eggs and beat more.

Add flour, vanilla, salt and lemon juice.

Cut the strawberry into flat pieces and put onto cooled cake base. Then add the cottage cheese filling.

Put above all that few spoons of jam. Use the knife to draw some curls with jam on top of the cake.

Bake for 30 minutes

When you’ll be taking it out of the oven, the filling can be still little bit liquid. After reducing the heat, keep cake in the oven for another 30 minutes till it’s completely cool.

Put it in a fridge.

Enjoy!

Please feel free to share with me your experience of preparing it!
