Place: Had been in Desi Vibes (Noida) on Apr 24, 2010. It is located at a congested locality, not sure it is because of Saturday evening. Even inside, it seems very congested.
Soups: Though I ordered mutton soup which was ok, others in my group ordered different soups (veg, tomato and, chicken soups) and they all liked them very much.
Starters: I felt their serving style/speed could be better as the starters came little after soups are over. The veg kababs were not tasty...it was not served hot and also the taste (may be the masala ingredients) was different which most of us did not like. The non-veg starters were just OK to me.
Main course: For main course, we ordered Naans, laccha paratha, Chicken biriyani with some veg and non-veg side-dishes. Most of them were just OK, I did not feel anything is of good in taste except a chicken side-dish (do not remember the name but it is of chicken-keema style/type) which was good.
During main course, we ordered some soft-drinks, it was served after 15 minutes or so (by that time, we had finished the main course) and the soft-drink served was not cold enough...I noticed some ice-cubes were also floating in it which had changed the taste of soft-drink as well a little-bit.
Conclusion:
Overall, I think Desi Vibes (Noida) is an avarage restaurant considering the food taste, the service and the price for this food. I surprise that this restaurant is famous in that area. I would opt for some other food place in future, if there is an option.
