I was an Airtel DTH cheated customer in Chandigarh. They had changed my default tariff of Rs 99 per month with a trick which I am not explaining here.
I always wanted to get rid of this DTH.So when I moved from here, I had left every part of DTH in Chandigarh only !
Four months ago I got shifted to Kanpur. Here I came to know about a great Cable network, DEN
THE RENTAL
Only Rs 100 a month and one time Decoder purchase(if one wants!) for Rs 500. No security deposit at all.
CHANNELS
ALMOST ALL channels available in India. There is no marketing gimicks like sports pack for Rs 100 for 3 months etc etc. Channels are categorized in Headings like Sports, Entertainment, Movies, Sports, Kids etc.
QUALITY
Exactly like any popular DTH. Thanks for the special Decoder provided. DVD quality picture and MP3 quality sound. Only PERFECT is the word for sound and picture quality.
BILLING PROCEDURE
Very very simple. A designated person with his Identity card comes in a month and collects Rs 100 cash and makes an entry for the same in the register in front of me only. If my door is found locked, the money is collected next month! that is Rs 200 at a time.
CUSTOMER CARE
Only one word - BRILLIANT . The customer has a tolled BSNL mobile no of the technician. I needed to call four times in total, for last four months. It never happened that the call was not attended. The concerned person is very polite and gives correct information every time as how much time it will take to get the rectification done. Three times it was just around half an hour for the rectification from their side. Once it took three hours due to a major fault in the main machine. Once I had called at 9 PM night and the call was accepted with a smile.
EXCLUSIVE
Let it be heavy rain, there is no disturbance at all. It has been rainy season for last few months but I did not have any problem like in case of DTH.
FACILITIES
The remote is cute and has many attractive and popular functions like setting the favorite channels in four different categories. So I have yellow button, my husband has Green and Red and daughter has Blue!!
It also has a music collection in different categories content of which keep increasing and delighting. I have been told that very soon I will have movie collection too from very recent movies. It has games too just like any DTH service.
I strongly recommend this network.
