Its picture quality is very bad because of its cable service it does not give you any tech support through its portal. I am using it for 2 years but don’t feel comfortable with it anytime, it always giving you problems like bad picture quality due to low network strength and it also doesn’t work properly if you are using it for watching any important program, therefore it has become a headache for me. It has also some technical issues always. You can't play game on it if the network is low therefore it does not work for any purpose if you don't have its network. I have bought it because of the government decision that set-top-box is compulsory for everyone to watching TV, if you don't have a set-top-box; you can't watch TV at any cost.
Its service and support it also does not work for solving any issue because they don’t have proper resources and infrastructure to give to a good quality TV signals therefore it can’t let you do some extra stuffs o your TV. Before using it we used to watch TV on a cable which is not so good in quality but it also does not charges lots of money, in fact it takes less than Rs1000 in a year but when we started using a set-top-box its installation only tales very much money for the first time. But it also gives us lots of amazing new features and programmers which are very satisfying for us in early days but after few weeks some channels were disappeared and the channels left are also does not work properly for entertainment.
The money it charges and the service it provides are not balanced therefore we are thinking about it. And we are leaving it and thinking about any other entertainment source. Thus the DEN set-top-box is does not provide you value for its money from any angle therefore you can think about it if you want to try this but I can’t recommend it to anyone because it has lots of problem and very less features. Many TV tuners and entertainment devices are available in the market so if you are a rational consumer then you may try some other products which are very futuristic and useful for every kind of people but this device is not gives you even good quality TV signals, therefore you can go for any other product rather than this if you want to enjoy yourself without any inconvenience.
