I bought this laptop on February of 2021 for around 60, 000rs. I bought it offline because the online prices were above 66, 000rs on the sources available on the internet. I bought it from Thane, Maharashtra. I have heard that the service of dell is very good and at that time I got to experience it myself. They even allowed me to negotiate the price and also gave me some free accessories.

Now that was about my purchase story. I would recommend anyone that if you are looking to purchase a laptop online, first please check the price and added service advantages that offline vendors are providing.
Now lets talk about the product. I would say that the first look of the laptop is very amazing, The laptop is very finely designed to look elegant, sleek and beautiful in all it is sense. The product has a very compact yet easily accessible keyboard and mouse pad.
Before buying this laptop I was thinking that if I should really go for a 14inch laptop or not. Because I had this perplexity that weather I will have to compromise on my comfort of typing and ease of reaching every key. A person like me who has long fingers will find himself hitting the wrong keys every time presses one. But this laptop's build and design has given me that comfort that I wanted.
There's only one thing that happened bad with this laptop. After buying of this laptop, in and around one year, when I was working at home, I found that my left arrow key was loosened a bit and after few days it came out of the keyboard. I rushed to the dell service center and when I told those people about my problem they took the laptop and after inspection they said that the key's inside lock is broken and that cannot be fixed we have to change the inner keyboard module. I came back with my laptop and at home I fixed the key onto my laptop with an adhesive. Now to is loose but it works perfectly.
I would say that the laptop looks good and but dell must take a good look on its build quality.
Now let's see about how it performed throughout. I have been using this laptop since February of 2021 and it's been almost more than a year and a half of using this laptop almost daily. At any point in this whole time, I have never experienced any performance lag with this device. Recently when wanted to do some of my app development course I installed my required tools on this laptop and found that the app that I installed lagged a bit. Then I upgraded the RAM with+8GB 3200hz which cost me around 3000rs. And after the installation of the RAM the PC worked fine and all the tools Application worked perfectly smooth.
The display is very good and the sound quality of the speakers is decent but not that great. The laptop gives you a good amount of connectivity support like bluethoot 5.0 and it has a built in type C port and two micro Usb ports one for normal and other is micro usb 3.5. All of these features make the laptop looks modern and allows us to maintain it for long time. Also at times, they helped me to connect my device to multiple devices like a Usb, a Harddisk, and my cell phone.
Another big plus point of this laptop is that it is very compact and it is very light weight. It is very easy to carry this laptop. In my college and then in my institute I use to carry this laptop at daily without any efforts. My friends always asked me about the laptop as they saw me easily carrying the laptop.
It also have a very great battery backup. It comes with a three cell battery which last till very long. The dell power manager(an application provided by dell) gives us an option to Fast charge the laptop. At time before leaving the house I have found that my laptop is out of battery and at that time I have just plucked in the laptop and turned on the dell power manager's fast charging option.
If you are looking for a good laptop which is handly and yet powerful and appealing this laptop is great choice. Its just that you have to handle it very gently. Many of my friends have bought this laptop after they saw mine and after my recommendation.
