Despite my first Dell laptop being faulty, I foolishly purchased a second one for 72k at a nearby Dell showroom, which turned out to be a terrible decision.
Within a month, I encountered display issues, software glitches, and persistent keyboard problems. I’ve contacted customer support countless times; while they temporarily resolved the issues, they keep recurring.
Now, the keyboard backlight isn’t working, forcing me to disturb my entire family while working at night. Dell, please suggest what to do with your product—should I burn it or break it? Kindly provide a solution.?
