Really pathetic service.
I usually don't write reviews but it compelled me at this point. One of the worst experiences I had with Delhivery. They took the pickup order, for the product under warranty, and then they refused to take it, citing the product is used. How dumb does that sound?
They have only worked on expansion but never consolidated on their services. They have untrained and unprofessional staffs at the ground level in my area, who doesn't happen to have proper etiquette and have no clue how to deal with pickups under warranty.
For whom cancelling the order is the only solution to the problem. Mind it this is the 2nd time they have cancelled my pickup. Frustrated the 1st time I again registered a fresh complaint to claim the warranty. The pickup was again scheduled like before and imagine, the pickup guys tell you "aapko samjh nhi aata, hum used product nahi lete, aap jahan se ye earphone liye ho unko bolo, hum ye nhi lenge". That's all, cancels the pickup and goes away. How frustrating is that?
Even their customer service is not responsive. Their helpline numbers are nonfunctional, what's worse is their mailing service is also dead. You are literally left with no options than helpless. This is the 2nd time they have cancelled my pickup. And it seems they never learn from the past and never work on the feedback. Pure harassment in this COVID time and taking customers for granted.
There was this other incident where my product tracking showed delivered but it wasn't delivered to me. After about a week of inquiry, the product was delivered in an opened box. And they even turned up with Proof of Delivery that was not signed by me. How irresponsible and fraudulent?
If you are so unable to carry out smooth operations kindly don't take orders. We don't want inconvenience. And in the future, I will definitely make sure that none of my order is delivered through you.
Also my advice to people based on my experience, kindly stay away from this service if you want a hassle free shipment. At some point you will be stuck in the middle of nowhere, with no one to assist you.
If you have ordered something online, talk to the customer care to ensure you don't get product delivered via Delhivery. Better opt for a more organized courier service, rather than breaking your head here. Even India Post takes accountability of their orders, imagine the shame. Trust me, I have lost faith in them, and it seems they don't improve, and worst is it doesn't bother them either. Customer satisfaction has never been its top priority. They never cared about the customer, nor have they worked on the feedback.
So please stop giving fake assurances and false hopes of good service. And at last, I would say, I am done with these guys!
