Extremely Disappointing Experience with Delhivery. Review on Delhivery

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Delhivery Courier. Despite their claims of delivering quality products, my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. I had booked two parcels through Delhivery, and both were delivered in damaged conditions. This is in stark contrast to a similar product that I had sent via DTDC, which arrived in perfect condition.

The ordeal began with the delivery itself. Upon receiving the damaged parcels, I immediately brought this to the attention of the delivery person, Mr. Manju(843152xxxx), who passed the buck to the Team Leader, Mr. Chetan(636272xxxx). Mr. Chetan mentioned that there would be a refund, but upon cross-checking with the sender, it became evident that no such refund had been processed. I requested a conference call to address the issue comprehensively, but Mr. Chetan's unresponsiveness left me hanging.

Seeking assistance from a senior level, I contacted Mr. Nilesh Tiwari(750737xxxx) in Mumbai, who responded in the most shocking and disrespectful manner. His abusive language and unprofessional behavior were beyond comprehension. When I inquired about his superior, he audaciously claimed to be the manager and that it was his company.

Desperate for a resolution, I managed to get in touch with Mr. Rockey(844608xxxx), a senior executive. However, he merely redirected me to Mr. Sandeep(932675xxxx), the Team Leader. To my disbelief, Mr. Sandeep dismissed my concerns, attributing Mr. Nilesh's abusive behavior to a supposed mental condition. This raises questions about the company's ethics and hiring standards – if an employee is truly unfit for work, why is he entrusted with customer interactions?

After drafting an email outlining my grievances, I received a response from the Manager Mr. Sujeet(908267xxxx). However, the communication ended there. Multiple attempts to reach out to him yielded no response, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated.

It is truly disheartening to see a company with such potential fall so short of expectations. The lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior from employees, and an absence of timely and effective customer service have left me not only deeply dissatisfied but also questioning the integrity of Delhivery Courier Services.

My experience serves as a cautionary tale to anyone considering using their services. Beware of the promises, as they are far from the reality of what you may receive.
